We Like to Hang Out Together
We are a community and as such, we like to spend time together, sometimes for our own spiritual growth and sometimes just for the fun of it. We create reasons to get together outside of worship times. We learn about each other. We join each other in celebration and in sorrow. We become friends.
Our social activities vary from year to year but may include:
- Men’s Breakfasts
- Women’s Breakfasts
- Annual Women’s Retreat
- Game Nights
- Small Dinner Gatherings
- Monthly “Dining Out” Lunches
- Church Picnics
- Lenten Soup Suppers
- Between-the-services Celebrations
- Easter breakfast
- Outings to ball games.
- Whatever the Spirit moves one of us to suggest.
